Autumn Term

Poppy Artwork: We discussed the significance of the poppy for Remembrance Sunday and created our own poppy artwork to remember the soldiers. We also took part in a minutes silence to help remember all who have served.

Spring Term

Alma Thomas: We looked at art work created by Alma Thomas and used her methods to create our own. We used our fingers to create one image and created a mosaic using squares of coloured/patterned card.

Mother’s Day Card: We created our own mother’s day cards by designing our own flower bouquet, using paints. We then wrote our own message to thank our mums for all of the help, care and love they give us. All mummies were very happy to receive their cards!
