What's happening in our Nursery class

This week nursery have had lots of fun learning all about Valentine's Day, the children have done lots of valentines crafts and even made their own valentines cards for their favourite people❤️

This week Nursery have been learning all about Chinese New Year. The children have made their own lanterns and took part in different Chinese New Year activities.

Friday 30th January 2026

This week nursery have been fosuccsing on the story The Gingerbread Man. The children all had so much fun helping to make their own Gingerbread Men for snack time!💚

Friday 23rd January 2026

This week the children have learnt all about different Arctic animals. We have done some mark making using forks to make our own polar bear pictures, and we have explored our Artctic animal tuff tray matching up the initial sounds.

Friday 16th January 2026

This week nursery have been learning all about Penguins for our focus book 'I Can Fly.' The children have been making their own penguin crafts. We also had so much fun colouring mixing, we paired up and chose two colours to mix our hands together to find out what colour it creates!

Friday 9th January 2026

This week nursery have been learning all about Winter. The children have took parts in lots of different Winter activities, making their own melting snowmen and mark making bricks for Igloos.
