What a fantastic time we’ve had exploring this lovely story! The children used lavender-scented playdough to create their very own Bog Babies and were absolutely delighted.

After spending 3 weeks designing our vehicles and discussing different materials and appropriate wheels and axles we put our knowledge to the test to make our own!

Printmaking in ART! We used specials tools to imprint onto foam to create positive and negative prints for our class mural!

We made crowns in RE to signify the birth of Jesus! We also talked about the importance of sorry.

This week we planned the design for our vehicles using our knowledge of wheels and axles!

In RE we were learning about the Magi which is another word for 'The three wise men' we enjoyed listening to scripture and creating lovely pieces of moving Art.

We explored the idea of light as a symbol of hope and guidance by shining torches in the classroom, which made our learning really come to life! The class is super excited to learn more in RE about the prophets and their prophecies in the coming lessons.
